Inspiration
AFH is a very inspirational organisation working towards the betterment of women. This itself was a good motivator to put our efforts into this hackathon.
What it does
This is an interactive website built for community interaction between members of AFH. It provides a forum page where there are various topics on which discussions are held.
How we built it
We built it with the help of the following languages: html css bootstrap javascript php mysql
Challenges we ran into
We ran into a few challenges while compiling the code done by different members of the team but at the end, we were able to solve those problems. The back-end part was also time consuming.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We completed the whole front-end in quite sufficient time. The overall presentation looks very good.
What we learned
Since this was our first hackathon, we learned a lot about time management, team work and building a website from scratch.
What's next for Interactive Forum and Blog
This project can be further extended by creating a personal chat section between members.
