🚀 Overview

Agentforce is an innovative solution designed to significantly enhance customer experiences during unforeseen events, such as delayed flights. Leveraging the Agentforce API, airline agents can swiftly identify and book alternative solutions (such as hotels, transportation, etc.) for affected passengers through a seamlessly integrated ecosystem of partner services. Powered by Salesforce and the Atlas reasoning engine, this automated process delivers a proactive, efficient, and stress-free customer experience.

🌱 Project Origin

I firmly believe the future lies in intelligent agent ecosystems, where the Salesforce platform combined with the headless planning capabilities of the Atlas reasoning engine provides an ideal technological foundation. This vision emerged from a personal experience:

On a business trip, my flight was significantly delayed, leaving me stranded at the airport with no alternative but to wait. An airline employee eventually resolved my issue, but only after placing around fifty phone calls. While relieved to have a solution, I was struck by the inefficiency and believed artificial intelligence could greatly streamline such situations.

This experience became the catalyst for the development of the Agentforce solution.

The video clearly demonstrates what happens between two agentforce Agents for the following scenario:

1. 🕒 Flight Delay Notification:
   A passenger receives a notification of a flight delay and reaches out to its company virtual agent.

2. 💻 Agentforce Interface Engagement:
   This agent instantly accesses a variety of personalized solutions provided by multiple partner services (hotels, alternative transport, etc.). As the main concern of the customer is to find a place to stay until his flight takes off, the airline agent reaches out to its hotel & accomodation partner agent.

3. 🏨 Rapid Solution Booking:
   Within moments, the agent books a suitable hotel matching the passenger's preferences and reassures the passenger by presenting a seamless, stress-free solution.
