We wished to showcase an Intelligent Portofolio Management solution based on Appian. We have optimized the entire approach, by creating an adaptable solution, easy to implement and to be used by any organization.

What it does

From tracking the Oportunities, Business Case estimation to follow-up of the Developpments and Go Live. Tracking of the real investments through TimeSheet functionnality. Agenda CRM and Management of Costs, Systems, Ressources

How we built it

The Application is build under Appian and could be further integrated with RPA/APIs for connecting the real benefits from Production environment

Challenges we ran into

Application that required an importat investment in terms of timing

Accomplishments that we're proud of

All-in-ONE tool, beautiful design and new ideas that have not been seen before like the complexity/benefits chart

What's next for Intelligent Portfolio Management Tool

Integrating with QlikSense to get live data available within the same application
