Inspiration
I think the creative idea is: a self-shopping headset with voice recognition as well as store guidance. For beauty products, the best shopping experience is undoubtedly offline shopping, as consumers can choose to test and use the product before deciding on the right to buy, rather than buying blindly online. But in addition to being difficult for people who are physically inconvenienced, offline shopping can also be difficult for people who are psychologically squeamish about interacting with people, such as those with social phobias. When I was shopping at an offline cosmetics store, I wished that the store attendant would not come over and initiate a conversation with me, and I found it difficult to ask them questions. So I had this idea that cosmetic stores could design a service guidance headset with voice recognition and intelligent dialogue. When you enter the store, you only need to bring in the headset to have the store guidance and product introduction, and at the same time, there will be no other service staff to disturb you before you initiate the conversation. For people with poor eyesight, they can choose to put on this smart guidance headset and start their own shopping experience. For people with social phobia, this headset helps them solve a lot of psychological pressure.
What I learn
When the idea came to me, I immediately went to research the feasibility. I found the recent birth of the hot ChatGPT and the inclusion of AI models in many applications. So targeting store wide AI headsets was very simple.
