Inspiration :Exploring the unexplored Predix Platform and solving real world problems.

What it does: Calculates and Reports impact parameters based on key issues responsible for Turn around/go around problem faced during airplane landing.

How I built it : By leveraging Predix Platform ,reusing predix services and apps to build INTELLIGENT AIRPORT :EFFICIENT TOUCHDOWN reporting tool.

Challenges I ran into : All being new to Predix,more theoretical and less practical experience gave us some challenges to come up with the end result.

Working end to end application that would aid to real world solution

Predix Platform , Predix Apps, Predix Services, Postgres , Risk taking and better team collaboration.

What's next for Intelligent Airport - Efficient Touchdown

Extending the application for : Broader Customer Base Enhance features to aid airlines as well Analytic Enhancements Physics based data models for calculation of impact parameters. Mobile Device for easy and quick access. Real time alerting – feedback sent to airlines/pilots via ATC
