Inspiration

Current math education relies on auditory and visual learning methods and these mathematical concepts are then presented in an abstracted forms like numbers. This system benefits only those who are visual and auditory learners and those who are able to quickly grasp these abstraction, leaving out those who learn by doing and those who need more immersive examples. Intelli-Learn aims to provide a real world example for the abstract concepts in math and make learning fun, interactive, and relatable.

What it does

Intelli-Learn is a Virtual Reality experience that runs on a mobile application to allow children to learn challenging subjects more easily. The current method of education is intended to educate students on an audio and visual level. But what about students who learn best from the kinesthetic approach, or a combination of all three? Intelli-Learn aims to provide easy-to-follow lessons for the difficult subjects of young learners, such as division, decimals, and biological science. To enhance the learning experience and engage with students on a new hands-on level, Intelli-Learn exposes young learners to knowledge and technology from the convenience of a mobile phone. The idea around Intelli-Learn is that students on the elementary school level can learn at their own pace, but also parents and teachers would be able to engage directly with their student throughout each step of the learning process.

How I built it

Right now we just developed the idea, since we didn't have the resources to test and run our product.

Challenges I ran into
