Inspiration: We were frustrated with current solutions for learning material and wanted something more personalized and responsive, with a dynamic element to increase usability for everyone.

What it does: IntellEdapt allows teachers to personalize their generated content, and provides students with instant, tailored feedback and explanations of course content

How we built it: The project was built using a combination of modern web development technologies and cloud services. Here’s a brief overview of the stack we used: FRONTEND: Developed using React and Next.js for their robust and efficient capabilities in building dynamic user interfaces. STYLING: Utilized Tailwind CSS for its utility-first approach, enabling us to build responsive and visually appealing designs rapidly. BACKEND: Implemented using Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Firebase provided a seamless way to handle user authentication and real-time database operations. AI: Integrated AI to provide personalized feedback and assistance to students, enhancing their learning experience.

Challenges we ran into: Designing the architecture for what exactly the functionality would be and how it would look

Accomplishments that we're proud of: everything, we made an amazing beta version and it will only improve with time!

What we learned: collaboration is fun and its exciting building a new product for a platform we are not well versed in.

What's next for IntellEdapt: a 1.0 stable/publishable version that we can be even more proud of and allow others to use for help with their own school work
