Inspiration

IntegreMente was inspired by the growing importance of mental health in the workplace and the need for companies to identify psychosocial risks before they become more serious problems. We wanted to create a solution that connects mental health, organizational psychology, data, and technology to help companies understand their work environment and take preventive action.

What it does

IntegreMente helps companies monitor and prevent psychosocial risks through anonymous employee feedback. The platform organizes this information into indicators that can help organizations identify priority areas and develop practical actions to improve workplace mental health.

The solution is designed to support organizational diagnosis while protecting employee privacy. It does not provide individual diagnoses or expose employees' personal information.

How we built it

We designed IntegreMente as a platform focused on data collection, organizational indicators, and action planning. Employees voluntarily provide anonymous information about their experiences and psychosocial risks. The collected data can then be analyzed to identify patterns and generate insights for companies.

We also explored the use of AI as a support tool for organizing and analyzing information, while keeping ethical considerations and human decision-making at the center of the process.

Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was balancing technology, business needs, and psychological ethics. We needed to make the solution useful for companies without turning employee mental health data into a tool for surveillance or individual evaluation.

Another challenge was translating psychological concepts and psychosocial risks into clear indicators and practical recommendations that HR teams and organizations can actually use.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have transformed an idea into a structured solution focused on a real and growing problem. We developed our value proposition, defined our target audience, designed the MVP, and explored how anonymous data and technology could support organizational mental health.

We are also proud of building the project from an interdisciplinary perspective, bringing together psychology, business, data, and technology.

What we learned

Throughout the development of IntegreMente, we learned that innovation in mental health requires more than technology. It requires understanding people's experiences, organizational needs, ethical boundaries, and how data can be used responsibly.

We also learned how important it is to transform complex psychological information into clear insights and actionable solutions for organizations.

What's next for IntegreMente

Our next step is to validate the MVP with companies and employees, collect feedback, and improve the platform based on real-world use.

We aim to expand our monitoring and prevention tools, improve data analysis, and develop more personalized organizational recommendations while maintaining privacy, anonymity, and ethical use of mental health data.

Our long-term goal is to help organizations move from reacting to mental health problems to actively preventing psychosocial risks and building healthier workplaces.
