Inspiration

My personal journey learning German culture and receiving help from one local person inspired me to leverage AI to provide that same supportive guidance to thousands of migrants simultaneously.

What it does

Inga AI serves as a personal companion that helps migrants navigate German cultural norms, bureaucracy, and daily life through conversational AI interactions.

How I built it

I developed it using advanced prompt engineering techniques, bolt.new and tavus.

Challenges I ran into

Overall, it was smooth, but two challenges kept me up at night. I could not replace the logo. It took several tries and I ended up editing the code myself. The second issue was related to implementation of tavus. The iFrame implementation didn't work.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

A working prototype within 24 hours.

What's next for IntegrateGermany AI

A broader proof of concept would be interesting. However, since tavus is limited in parallel chats and can be quite expensive, I am not sure if it will be possible to roll out to the public. Maybe it could be made available to users with some limitations and a payment plan?
