Inspiration
Right Product Recommendation, as per Right Fitment to the Right Customer' is the motto by which we have developed the application. Our application empowers the Sales team to pitch the best products. To learn and work on Generative AI and LLM technologies and built smart intelligent solutions as per different use cases.
What it does
Our application empowers the Sales team to recommend and pitch the right products to the customer as per their requirement.
How we built it
We created Insurance product grid matrix on different insurance plans and different demography types of customer. We developed the application using python code for logic and integration with LLM model. The LLM model is trained using the custom product related data to provide the right recommendations as per customer types using vendor index files.
Challenges we ran into
Having a better UI using Python code had been a key challenge. We tested with different python ui libraries and decided to proceed with Tkinter library for UI.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Application is working as per the logic defined and trained data through vector index files and providing the expected recommendations as per the requirements.
What we learned
We learned on managing data, training LLM models.
What's next for Insurance Product Recommendation Smart App
Next version of this app will consist of Sales Pitch generation using Generative AI services.
