Inspiration

In today's society, the tech industry is always finding new ways to improve customer experience with their applications. We were inspired by Intacts challenge to provide customers with a new level of satisfaction when searching for the right services for their insurance needs.

What it does

INsurance allows customers to login with their credentials and view all their insurance information which is stored in our database. Customers can view/make claims, make changes to their policy, receive online quotes on the spot and much more!

How we built it

We built this application by creating a prototype using Figma and then implemented all the functions features using AndroidStudio (Java).

Challenges we ran into

We both were new to creating an android application because we were new to using the software there were many things we had to learn on the spot. We definitely see a lot more room for improvement with our application and would like to continue learning and working on it!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

This was our first hackathon and we are so glad we took on the challenge of learning something new while definitely still having fun with it!

What we learned

We learned about creating an android application and we plan on continuing to learn about all the neat things it encompasses!

What's next for INsurance

We would definitely like to finish the development of the application. We would create more pages and functions like being able to compare between the different insurance companies offered and choosing the best option fit for the customer's needs.
