Inspiration
After conducting extensive internal and external market research, our team discovered that customer experience is one of the biggest challenges the insurance industry faces. With the rapid increase in digitalization, customers are seeking faster and higher quality services where they can find answers, personalize their products and manage their policies instantly online.
What it does
Insur-AI is a fully functional chatbot that mimics the role of an insurance broker through human-like conversation and provides an accurate insurance quote within minutes!

How we built it
We used ReactJS, Bootstrap along with some basic HTML & CSS for our project! Some of the design elements were created using Photoshop and Canva. .
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creation of a full personalized report of an Intact insurance premium estimate including graphical analysis of price, ways to reduce insurance premium costs, in a matter of minutes!
What's next for Insur-Al
One of the things we could work on is the integration of Insur-AI into https://www.intact.ca/ , so prospective customers can have a quick and easy way to get a home insurance quote! Moreover, the idea of a chatbot can be expanded into other kinds of insurance as well, allowing insurance companies to reach a broader customer base.
