Inspiration

I wanted a way to share a poll across my social media accounts and couldn’t find a solution that did what I want. So I decided to build one.

What it does

Instapoll is a quick and simple tool for creating polls to share with your audience. From your dashboard, you can create, edit and manage polls. Your polls can have multiple choices, each with a title, description and optional image. You can also have an other option to allow people to write in their own choice. When voting, people can optionally give a reason for their vote.

How I built it

I created a prototype with V0 (Next.js + Shadcn UI) then built out the web app with Cursor AI (Supabase auth + backend)
