InstaCare

Inspiration

We were inspired by the inefficiencies in healthcare such as long wait times, missed appointments, and doctors spending too much time on documentation. We wanted to create a system that improves both patient experience and clinic efficiency by focusing on scheduling, preparation, and real time workflow.

What it does

InstaCare is an AI powered healthcare app that allows patients to:

• Book appointments using available time slots
  
• Fill out required forms before arrival
  
• Check in and track their status in real time
  
• Access medical records, test results, and visit summaries
  

For doctors, InstaCare provides:

• Pre visit patient summaries
  
• AI assisted note taking
  
• Improved scheduling and patient flow management
  

How we built it

We built InstaCare using:

• Figma to design and prototype a fully interactive user experience
  
• OpenAI to power AI features such as pre visit summaries and note generation
  

We focused on creating a prototype where every feature is usable and follows a complete flow:
