Inspiration 💡

Many small business owners, including our friends, dream of having their personalized web applications or websites but can’t afford high development costs. InstaBuild.tech aims to make professional websites accessible and affordable, allowing businesses to get online quickly without the typical maintenance fees or technical barriers.

What It Does ⚙️

InstaBuild.tech is a prompt-driven web application that generates a customized webapp right now, based on the user’s unique needs. Users simply provide a detailed prompt describing their vision, and within minutes, a fully functional website preview is ready for review.

How We Built It 🛠️

We used the open-source language model Claude as our core API, which generates the necessary code from user prompts. Our system organizes and compiles this code to create a live webapp preview on our platform. This streamlined approach allows users to experience an interactive preview almost instantly.

Challenges We Faced 💪

One major challenge was ensuring that the generated code covered every component necessary for a complete webapp. Crafting a precise prompt was key, but we still needed multiple iterations to achieve the ideal output. Adding post-build features, such as customizable elements, was another obstacle we addressed with careful planning and teamwork.

Accomplishments We're Proud Of 🚀

We successfully developed an AI-powered platform that empowers users to create their own AI-enhanced webapp, providing them with tools and previews they would otherwise need significant resources to access. Our team’s greatest accomplishment was maximizing each member's strengths to build a cohesive product in under 24 hours.

What We Learned 🎓

This project brought new technical and collaborative insights. As challenges arose, we found solutions through teamwork and rigorous research. Not everyone on the team had prior experience with every tool or concept, but by project’s end, everyone gained a well-rounded understanding of the core technologies.

What's Next for InstaBuild.tech 🧭

InstaBuild has a promising roadmap ahead. Currently, it provides foundational building blocks for mini-applications, but our goal is to enable users to create complete websites with end-to-end source code. Our vision is to simplify web hosting, making it accessible globally for anyone with a creative idea.
