About the Creator (Adeel Arif Khan)

I am Adeel Arif Khan, currently working as a QAQC Manager on large-scale Solar and EPC projects with more than 17 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspections, Construction, and Project Management.

Although I am not a software developer by profession, I have spent my career solving real-world project challenges and improving quality systems in complex construction environments. The idea behind InspectFlow AI comes directly from my daily experience managing inspections, RFIs, NCRs, corrective actions, quality reports, and compliance requirements on major projects.

My vision is to combine industry expertise with Artificial Intelligence to create practical solutions that can transform quality management processes for the construction and renewable energy sectors.

Inspiration

InspectFlow AI was inspired by the real challenges faced in EPC, construction, and solar projects where QAQC teams spend significant time managing inspections, RFIs, NCRs, reports, approvals, and quality records manually. These activities often create delays, increase workload, and reduce visibility across projects.

After 17 years of working in the industry, I realized there was a need for an intelligent assistant that could automate quality workflows, improve compliance, and support quality teams in making faster and smarter decisions. What it does InspectFlow AI is an AI-powered QAQC Agent designed for EPC, Construction, and Solar Projects.

The platform helps users:
