In this Report. We analyzed the business process, relationship between revenue and customer satisfaction, possible factors that may influence customer satisfaction, and got a general idea of the process of the business.

The boxplot of pizza type & satisfaction shows veggie and salami pizza get the highest score on customers' satisfaction. However, the range of satisfaction scores is the same among different pizza types. This means, if we provide more of the high-scored pizza type, we can improve satisfaction.

Generally speaking, satisfaction increases as pizza price decreases. The vendor may consider adjusting the cost of pizzas to gain customers' satisfaction.

As for how the distribution channel affects satisfaction, BestOrder Inc. wins!

We also found out that 18% of payments can not be received after the pizza is made. That is a huge waste of the cost in business.

In conclusion: we suggest the company promote the popular pizza to the customers, adjust the price so that the customers are satisfied and the company can also profit. In addition, we do not recommend collaborating with multiple delivery companies, instead, using Best Order Inc for delivery. Lastly but most importantly, the way of receiving payments is not efficient, 18 percent of payment cannot be received after the pizza is already made, we suggest charging the customers at the same time while the order is made.
