Inspiration
We have used many reviews platform to gauge the quality of a restaurant, shopping mall, tourist destination, etc., and realized that the most successful ones are those that understand and respond to customer feedback. This is not always possible given the large volume of reviews, language barrier, and the manual nature of customer support, negatively affecting business operations. As such, we built Insightify to offer international businesses a AI-driven way of analyzing large volumes of reviews in various languages, respond to feedback, and action on distilled insights, all with minimum server costs thanks to Gemini Nano!
What it does
Insightify takes in reviews data from various platforms, including but not limited to Google Maps. It then summarizes data across various business locations, providing real-time insights into the business's performance, as well as areas for improvement. To encourage business-customer interaction, Insightify is able to translate every review into a specified language, allowing the business to understand and respond to all reviews without barrier. To make the process lightning-fast, the business can also use our writer assistant to generate appropriate responses to feedback.
