Turn insight into intelligence

What it does

A web app where a user uploads a CSV of customer messages, the AI instantly returns: Categories (Billing, Support, Sales), Sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative), Urgency (High, Medium, Low) and the summary of customer service.

How we built it

We built it using Vite, and Tailwind CSS and lucid-react.

Challenges we ran into

The svg icons were too big in the UI. The UI also had issues with the bg package from tailwind CSS.

We learned how to deliver precision insights and how components work in a react project.

What's next for InsightAI

This is a mock prototype, in the future we will add the feature to upload a csv.
