To develop an innovative ride-hailing app that revolutionizes transportation accessibility for people with disabilities. Disabled people face many significant barriers while accessing comfortable and convenient rides such as booking and taking cab rides, including limited accessibility, insufficient vehicle information, driver disability awareness, communication barriers, inadequate pick-up/drop-off locations, unreliable service availability, and the absence of trip assistance. Addressing these challenges is essential for promoting inclusive and empowering transportation experiences for people with disabilities.

How we built it

Enhanced Accessibility-Voice Prompts: Voice Callouts for Specially Abled Riders! Specially abled riders can now enjoy voice callouts at fixed intervals, updating them on the progress of the journey and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Equipped Vehicles And Personnel : Inclusive Accessibility: A feature that empowers disabled individuals to filter and select drivers trained in assisting disabled passengers. Additionally, a specialized filter allows you to choose vehicles equipped to accommodate wheelchairs, ensuring easy ingress and egress.

Generative AI Chat Assistance For Drivers: Integration of application with a unique feature which assists the drivers in resolving queries and seek assistance, particularly in assisting disabled riders. By leveraging Open AI's Generative AI technology, drivers can communicate their concerns and receive situation- appropriate solutions promptly.

Personal Voice Assistant : Specifically designed to cater to the needs of visually impaired individuals. With a simple voice command, user can effortlessly book or modify rides while applying specific filters. Whether it's selecting equipped vehicles or choosing skilled drivers, our voice assistant ensures a seamless and accessible experience.
