Inspiration
Games that could appeal to kids but without a " Too comforted " feel and approach. Ultimately a product that could be come a surreal experience in the gaming market to a wide audience or a niche market depending on its success.
What it does
As of now; It is simply a Environmental VR Experience containing placeholders for Core animations and mechanics in the future.
How I built it
It was built with Unity 5.3.4f1 Development Engine with hook-ins provided by Oculus Rifts developers to sync properly with Unity\s game engine.
Challenges I ran into
Managing to fix a First Person Camera to a body you could observe within the virtual environment.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Creating a pleasant and immersive mini-VR Experience with the core focus on the Oculus Rift with my Team.
What I learned
Trying to push out a pleasantly desired result in such a short amount of time, earning much more respect for those on short deadlines for actual program development.
What's next for InNOVAtion Group Skull
To hopefully attend future Hackathons and bring the knowledge we ascertained with us for future journeys to come
