E-COM building
Inspiration
We were trying to create a community within community, with the aim on reducing time on food distribution time
What it does
It is a smart ecological community building which will be located in urban areas, and it will help improve the impact of food distribution on climate change, as well as provide high nutrients density products through vertical farming. We will provide sustainable food as an amenity to our tenants and restaurants in our community. These targeted tenants will be individuals with high income. We are going to produce enough crops to fulfill the demand of approximately 600 people living in the building, and restaurant consumers.
How we built it
We designed the building to fulfill the wealthy requirements of high revenue tenants.
Challenges we ran into
User empathy. Since it is a high cost investment, one of our challenges was to figure out how to provide enough money to the creation of the building, and we solved that through real state.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to develop an idea from scratch that would help improve economy growth in a community.
What we learned
This kind of project is really expensive and we learned how to make it sustainable.
