Our product INNERSIDE is an app that helps parents in Bellevue with tweens and teens recognize their children's mental status and access proper mental health care solutions for their children.
As the UX Researcher and Product Manager of INNERSIDE, I led the user research to uncover the pain points and prioritize user needs. I was lucky enough to interview a friend working as a local school counselor to get firsthand insights. I also worked with Darius on defining the business and product's goals and missions.
