Inkling

Aside from the joke in the video

This technology has a lot of amazing uses. It can be used to easily to have much more inclusive language in not only the workspaces but also in general chat, or a automod screening software, or much more. While I was not completely able to integrate the Flask server and the AI, it would be much more accurate after something like that is done.

Inspiration

Stereotypes are something that comes naturally to humans. We are affected from the biases around us, and so we reciprocate those biases. To over come these biases and be more inclusive, we need to start from the roots: communication. Appropriate language and correct terms are necessary for inclusivity, not only inside the workspace, but outside as well. With this in mind, I developed Inkling.

What it does

Inkling is a like a grammar-checking software, but for inclusive language. It performs real-time checks upon the text given to it. It identifies potential terms that might be incorrect. We can easily replace all the text for such terms with the appropriate ones
