Inspiration
I grew up playing dots and boxes on paper. It's simple to learn, but winning takes real planning. I wanted to bring that pen-and-paper feel to phones, with hand-drawn ink art.
What it does
You take turns drawing lines — complete a box and you claim it. Play against the Inkmaster (four difficulty levels), play with friends, or try Daily Challenges and Streak mode. Free with ads, or upgrade to Inkboxes Plus (powered by RevenueCat) for ad-free play and premium ink themes.
Challenges
Our old ads provider suddenly closed our account, so we had to replace the whole ads system and ship an update to both stores fast. Making the Inkmaster fun to lose to was also hard — smart, but not frustrating.
What we're proud of
Live on the App Store and Google Play, with a hand-drawn ink look you won't find anywhere else.
