Inspiration
Our inspiration for this project was that we always struggle with what to cook when we have a limited number of groceries so now this generator will tell us what we can cook with our groceries.
What it does
This recipe generator takes in the ingredients that you have and it will list out all the foods that you can make with it.
How we built it
We built this project using HTML code and used an api to create the food recipes.
Challenges we ran into
Some of the challenges that we ran into were regarding the loops that took the ingredients and found recipes for them. At first when we would list ingredients, the code would list recipes for each individual ingredient instead of combining them all.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Some accomplishments that we're proud of would be the setup of our website and design of our code.
What we learned
We learned about HTML code and the functions of the code with regards to website building.
What's next for Ingredient Recipe Generator
We will use it to cook up recipes for all who need them.
