Inspiration

The idea came from observing how many small teams that manage internal company systems operate without real-time monitoring tools. They often detect failures only after something breaks — leading to delays and service disruption. We wanted to build a solution that helps these teams stay ahead of problems using AI — without needing expensive tools or deep technical skills.

What it does

InfraPulse AI is an interactive prototype built with Bolt to simulate a smart infrastructure monitoring platform for small to mid - sized service teams It allows users to:

  • Log in and choose their company type
  • Navigate through Dashboard, Monitoring, Chatbot, and Settings
  • View system health status (Healthy, Warning, Critical)
  • Read AI-generated placeholder recommendations
  • Use a chatbot interface for asking about critical issues While no backend or real AI integration is implemented yet, the prototype showcases a full user journey through clean UI and page transitions.

How we built it

We designed InfraPulse AI entirely using Bolt, a no-code prototyping platform that allowed us to quickly create and link interactive web app screens without writing any code.

The prototype includes:

Login and Signup pages

A dynamic Dashboard showing system health statuses (Healthy, Warning, Critical)

A Monitoring page with placeholder charts and AI recommendation areas

A Chatbot page simulating an AI assistant

A Settings page for managing notifications and integrations

A navigation bar that allows users to switch easily between all sections

We styled the interface with a modern dark-blue and green color scheme to reflect professionalism and an AI-driven feel. Employed ChatGPT to assist in idea generation and conceptual refinement for the project developed on Bolt.

Challenges we ran into

Platform limitations – Bolt doesn’t support real backend logic or APIs, so we used visual placeholders and navigation only

⏱️ Time pressure – Designing and testing multiple screens quickly was demanding

🤖 No real-time AI – We had to simulate smart features with static content

🎨 Design balance – Finding the right mix between clarity and an AI-driven aesthetic took several iterations.

Despite having limited experience with video editing tools, I embraced the challenge wholeheartedly. I focused on conveying the core idea as clearly and simply as possible, using the resources available to me. This experience taught me that determination and clarity of vision can overcome technical barriers — and that’s exactly the spirit behind InfraPulse AI.
