Overview

recruitment-agent-51job is a controlled recruitment workflow for legitimate enterprise hiring. It turns a Chinese job description into a structured job profile and a bounded search plan, supports a human-authenticated 51job Enterprise search session, processes only visible candidate summaries, and produces privacy-audited decision reports.

OpenAI Build Week extension

For Build Week, the project is being extended with a GPT-5.6-assisted, evidence-first candidate review layer. GPT-5.6 will operate only on sanitized fixture or approved summary data and will return schema-constrained evidence, uncertainties, interview questions, and a human-review recommendation. Deterministic scoring, privacy controls, platform boundaries, and final hiring decisions remain outside model control.

Codex is being used to inspect the existing architecture, implement the GPT-5.6 adapter and schemas, add a judge-safe demo mode, expand tests, and prepare the submission documentation.

Safety and privacy

The project is intentionally human-in-the-loop. It never bypasses authentication or access controls, does not collect contact information, and does not use age, gender, marital status, ethnicity, health status, or other protected attributes for scoring. A final privacy audit blocks report publication if sensitive-data patterns are detected.
