Use Case Title:
Generating Infotainment Videos with the aid of Artificial Intelligence
Description:
Education Based Infotainment Generated Using AI makes plain study content interesting. The idea is to use a series of 2-3 AI services, to generate an awesome short infotainment video within 10 minutes! The steps are mentioned in details below:-
Tutorial for Use and Best Practices:
If you have a research paper or any other document in form of a PDF or Word file, you may just convert it into text by using a text parser service like Quetab (https://www.quetab.com/ai/text/extractor). Copy the extracted text. Alternatively, you might have your own text prepared, and that's also alright!
Now go to ChatGPT (https://chat.openai.com), and ask it to generate an engaging script of the given text, such a script which could make students interested! Copy the response, and make any minor changes if required.
Go to KapWing (https://www.kapwing.com/), and create a video from that script. Make minor changes to the video if required, export if and voila! You're done. You just created a very exciting content video for a maybe-boring article.
Impacts on Learning:
Well, I'd like to urge you to take a look at following 2 pieces of information:
- PDF Link
- Video Link Which one do you find more easy to grasp? For most of the people, it'll gonna be the second one. Especially for students, who are given text content almost all the time, it's really interesting to learn through short videos! It is also proven in researches which shows that the human brain can process visuals faster than written text. So, imagine there could be a way to convert any piece of text into an engaging video, which could be used in classroom or maybe for personal usage, to understand the most complex topics in a sorted order!
Limitations and Ethical Considerations:
Kapwing is currently not totally free. It does offer a free tier though which is great. Moreover, we would need to ensure that the AI is using images that are copyright free so that the videos are playable without any copyright considerations!

What's next for infotainment
Future improvements could have a web application created which would handle everything that these AI services offers as part of APIs so that the end user won't have to use different platforms, and could just put their content on the common site and get the video created within a matter of seconds!
