I was inspired by a country API I came across some time ago, and I wanted to create something useful for travelers and people interested in studying different countries.

What it does

By leveraging AI capabilities, Informed Explorer provides users with more tailored and specific results compared to a standard country API.

How we built it

Informed Explorer was built by integrating a country API with AI-powered features and analysis.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges was getting up to speed with the new development environment and tools in a relatively short timeframe, as I discovered the hackathon a bit later on.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Despite the tight timeline, I was proud of how quickly I was able to learn and implement the necessary skills to bring this project to life.

What we learned

Through this project, I've learned that working with AI is not as daunting as I initially thought, and that it can be a powerful tool to enhance traditional data and API-driven applications.

What's next for Informed Explorer

The goal is to further develop Informed Explorer into a full-fledged app that travelers, researchers, and anyone interested in learning about different countries can use and benefit from.
