So, the doctors are submitting Admission Forms, Daily Patient Data and Discharge Form during the hospital treatment. All those forms are defined by the WHO. We implemented them on multiple languages: https://covid19.nianalytics.com/crf/create?id=14911&language=en
Once the data is submitted, we can analyze and visualize the answers, expose the data as API (FHIR), etc. http://c19.nianalytics.com/
One more feature: we made a statistical model for each form so we can generate the data for the purpose of the simulation.
