Inspiration
The problems facing Indonesian fishermen are major in economic, information, and technology. In order to help the fishermen for improving their skill capability and productivity, they need to improve their cooperative advantage using a Knowledge Management System. Why cooperative advantage? because cooperative behaviour is Indonesian cultural habits. According the literature review, we believe knowledge management system can help fishermen for storing and sharing their knowledge in order to improve their productivity.
How it works
The knowledge management system can be used for creating, storing, and sharing knowledge of fishermen. Fishermen have ability to store and share their knowledge in form of audio, video, image, and text.
Challenges I ran into
- How to develop a system that can be used by fishermen easily
- How to run the system during the fishermen in the sea.

We will improve the system using such as connecting the system to radar and GPS.
