Inspiration

Crypto is all over the news lately, but there's really no site where users can have a profile of addresses to share with other users. We created this project so that anyone, from charities to content creators can share their addresses with the world.

What it does

Users simply log in and create a profile. They can then enter their crypto addresses into their profile and share it with other users around the world.

How we built it

We primarily used HTML, CSS, JS, and Node.js

Challenges we ran into

We ran into a LOT of challenges. We don't really have any concrete coding experience, and this was our first project ever, so it was more of a learning experience for us. We especially had problems with tying the auth0 login system to user's profiles. The login system and profiles were really hard to link together and work with, and we weren't able to finish at the end. But we are extremely proud of ourselves for the work we've put into this project, and we are highly motivated to continue programming in the future!!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We learned all of our coding skills at this hackathon and implemented them. I'm proud that we tried to use auth0 and code a login system, even though we have almost no experience.

What we learned

We learned many programming languages and skills, along with a bit more about the fascinating world of Crypto

What's next for Indiecrypt

We're hoping that we can solidify the login system, as well as make it more aesthetically pleasing. We also want to revamp the profile to make it easier to use, and we want to make it so that users can share profiles with each other.
