Inspiration

In current scenario, the people are more inclined towards listening about the stories of the cities culture, heritage rather than reading. So we have introduced the concept of audio story to make the users experience the city in a beautiful way.

What it does

Our platform provides a fun interactive way to explore cities and hear about the stories behind the city even in background. The user would be engaged throughout the Web app with this platform.

How we built it

We are using NextJS & Google Maps for frontend.

Challenges we ran into

Identifying the best practices for people to get the most out of user interface.
Playing audio with multiple markers.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Completed the implementation of audio stories of a particular city.
Curated the audio stories of history behind the area.

What we learned

we implement google maps with custom cloud based styling.
we are explored new areas like 3d models and 360 view inside the Map

What's next for Indi Stories

We are focusing on giving more interactive features like 360 view, 3D Model for the particular location, Tours given from city to city, Gamification with games like quiz and rewards for the explorer.
