Real-time information of Receiving Stock(Purchased raw material) to MES when material is transferred to final stock/production location for Manufacturing Use.
This enables the shop floor operator to be able to check the availability of their raw material to use material for manufacturing.
Proposed Solution is to send real-time inventory data to MES on Purchased raw material when material is transferred to final Production location(at Receipt closing stage from ERP system) for Manufacturing Use. New Microservice/API will retrieve the data from ERP system and provides following information: Material Number Quantity available Status (Consumed or Unassigned)
