Inspiration
UGREEN's alerts stop at a notification. A parcel goes missing, a car is hit in the driveway, and the clip, the order confirmation and the delivery note sit in three different places - so the claim never gets filed. The footage exists, the document exists, and nothing joins them.
What it does
incident-evidence-pack takes one incident in the user's own words and a time window, and returns a single evidence pack: the camera events recorded in that window, the printed facts from the related document (counterparty, invoice number, date, amount), a deterministic time-based match between them, and a saved plain-text summary that lists every evidence item by name.
It only tags files when the user approves it. It never copies, moves or deletes footage, never identifies faces unless asked, and never states an event the footage does not show.
How we built it
Built with the official UGOS Skill Developer Package (uliya-skill-kit 0.7.3) against catalog 2.0.0. Four delegated steps across three registered experts: the surveillance expert returns events, the document expert extracts only printed fields, the Skill matches by time deterministically, the knowledge expert assembles and saves the pack, and the file expert tags the selected files after explicit approval.
The Skill is written and passes the official checker with zero errors and zero warnings (status static-pass). Runtime behaviour on hardware is not yet validated - that needs the assigned finalist NAS, which is what Round 2 is for.
Why it matters
Privacy-first and subscription-free is UGREEN's whole pitch against Ring and Nest. That pitch gets stronger when the footage can do something for the owner after the alert: prove the parcel never arrived, back an insurance claim, or settle a landlord dispute.
What's next
Validate the two core cases on the finalist device: one recorded delivery paired with its order document, and two candidate documents in the same window both presented instead of one being chosen silently.
