Direct the whole AI video workflow.
Turn an idea, script, or song into an organized production—from story and cast continuity through cloud or local rendering, review, assembly, and delivery.
Inchframe® is not a one-click-and-done generator. It is a customization-rich hybrid production workspace that keeps the work around AI video organized: development, references, prompts, renders, reviews, replacements, final masters, and social delivery.
AI can generate a compelling shot, but finishing a coherent video still means coordinating storyboards, scene prompts, characters and environments, source assets, timing, renders, logs, revisions, and delivery. Inchframe keeps that production context connected instead of making each shot a disconnected prompt.
A creator begins with a song, lyrics, a script, or a story concept. Inchframe organizes the material into scenes, characters, environments, visual direction, timing, and production notes; assists with scene-action and prompt development; tracks assets and renders; and supports review, assembly, and delivery outputs. It connects to OpenAI and Google models for creative workflow assistance, and supports both Comfy Cloud and a creator’s optional local ComfyUI configuration for rendering.
I built and deployed Inchframe in 17 days with Codex and GPT‑5.6. Because the project began before OpenAI Build Week, this submission is specifically for its meaningful Build Week extension. From July 15–21, I extended the product with structured scene-action and prompt reliability improvements; Comfy Cloud routing, job status, diagnostics, and exact submitted-workflow logging; Local/Cloud cast-continuity controls; portable project import and repair; lip-sync-ready seed framing; Review and Assemble recovery; desktop packaging; account and licensing integration; and automated regression coverage.
GPT‑5.6 helps transform broad creative direction into editable production material: story direction, concise scene actions, prompt ingredients, and prompt drafts. That output remains inspect-able and adjustable inside the project.
Codex was my development collaborator across implementation, debugging, UI refinement, packaging, testing, account and licensing integration, deployment, and documentation. As GPT‑5.6 became available, the iteration cycle accelerated dramatically. I brought the development workflow fully local and automated repeatable testing so I could move quickly while still verifying the product.
Overall the project consists of 2 websites, marketing at link and account management at link in addition to the application. All of this was initiated and built by one person and AI. And a few videos too.
Inchframe is for independent musicians, visual artists, filmmakers, and small teams who want a deliberate, flexible way to make coherent AI-assisted video work—from the first idea to final delivery.
BTW - It costs less than a cup of coffee at a famous coffee shop to create a video.
