Project Story: AI Email Summarization Tool

As avid email users, we always found ourselves spending countless hours sorting through our inboxes. It was a tedious and time-consuming task that left us feeling overwhelmed and stressed. That's when we had the idea to build an AI email summarization tool that could make our lives easier.

We researched the latest advancements in natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, and decided to leverage the capabilities of OpenAI to build our prototype. We collected a large dataset of emails with the Gmail API and trained our OpenAI model to identify key points and summarize them in a digestible format.

It wasn't an easy journey. We had never designed a chrome extension before and didn't have the Javascript knowledge necessary to work with the different APIs. But after figuring out each of our problems, we were able to design a functioning product that could analyze and summarize emails into a daily digest. We tested it on our own inboxes and were amazed at how much time and stress it saved us.

By using OpenAI's technology, we were able to harness the power of cutting-edge AI to simplify complex tasks and make our lives more efficient. Today, our AI email summarization tool, built with the help of OpenAI, is available to everyone, helping people across the world manage their inbox more efficiently and productively.
