We were inspired to build a webpage that could help our school keep track of who is in what space and for how long to be able to effectively contact trace when we go back to school. It was specifically made to run on the old iPads our school is fazing out for Chromebooks to reduce the cost of implementing our solution. It was challenging creating a website that both looks good and effectively stores and manages data. The biggest thing we learned is it takes perseverance and teamwork to make complicated systems like our project.
