From working with a number of schools on different projects over the past few years we have identified all the electronic communication needs between schools and parents and have converted these into a single electronic solution. We have designed the system to not only cater to schools but to any community with a need to communicate effectively with its members.
In My diary is a tool for organizations to communicate with all the different groups it manages, so that everyone has the same and most up to date information at the right time.
Both the administrators website and the members app are extremely function rich and easy to use, offering: • Event communication through “Calendar” • Important messaging through “Alerts” • Personalised emails to members through “Email” • Formal communication through “Newsletter” • Informal activity updates or blogs through “newsfeed” • Conveying of important information and sending forms through “Notes”.
