Developing an app to teach underprivileged individuals essential "adulting" skills was a transformative experience for our team. We aimed to create a resource that simplifies and demystifies the challenges of adulthood—covering topics like budgeting, time management, cooking, job hunting, and understanding basic legal terms. By incorporating gamified elements, such as quizzes, interactive lessons, and practical challenges, we made learning these skills engaging and approachable. Collaborating with educators, life coaches, and community organizations ensured that our content was both accurate and relatable. This project highlighted the vital role accessible education plays in empowering individuals to gain independence and thrive in the adult world.
