Our project solves the issue that recruiters face in giving their applicants feedback. Automated emails and ATS systems help the recruiters with their time, but don’t help to give the applicant a good experience, and a bad experience from a good applicant is never a good thing for a company. In creating our prototype, we aim to give recruiters the means to efficiently answer applicant feedback, and visualize all the steps along the way.
