Inspiration
Having issues with your own body and mind, its hard to survive and concentrate in a society where you are expected to run towards your dream. So as anyone would, we started off with going to the gym to getting our physical health to a better condition, but we realised it affected us mentally as well, we were much happier than before, therefore we all need something that would help us stabilize our mind and improve us as a person overall and exercising is one of those ways you could do it.
What it does
As we have observed that working out really helps us improve mood, reduce stress, enhance our self esteem, think better, improve rational thinking and stay active throughout the day.
How we built it
We used multiple Machine Learning models on the dataset to provide with the best results which clearly shows the positive effects of exercise on our body and mind.
Challenges we ran into
Searching for the dataset was the challenge we had to face, people are not really talking about this topic a lot and exercise is only related to body and not mind is what the society believes in.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that we got through the whole process, we defied all odds and worked as a team in finishing up the project.
What we learned
We learnt that the things we feel can be scientifically proven so people believe that we speak the truth about it.
What's next for Improving mental health through exercise
We want everyone around us to understand and include our believes in their daily life so they can benefit from our work.
