Inspiration
Being Aerospace Engineering students, we found that sometimes the airline management and the airport management was obsolete and that they were not using the available data to the full potential. So here we wanted to use these data and along with AI to make the system seamless
What it does
Based on the flight schedule, source destination, time, delays, location shift, other airport and aircraft details and along with the aircraft technical parameters, we are able to design a graphical database on GraphDB using Neo4j and Cypher. Using these details, we are able to design the Service Model of an airline company, but along with the basic functionality, using AI system, we can deduce whether any possible new source or cancellation of stations are possible or not.
How we built it
Using Neo4j graph management system along with Cypher on GraphDB to manage the database and query purpose.
Challenges we ran into
Being Aerospace Engineering Students, we didn't have the opportunity to learn machine learning. Hence implementing the AI is a tough task for us.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
AI in the Aerospace Industry is the next big revolution and working towards it is considered to be an accomplishment for us.

What's next for Implementation of GraphDB in Aviation
This is just a small step in this advanced field, we can use this data for designing a flight planner, or eventually even the life time of an aircraft. The trends of the passengers over couple of years and so on.
