What it is

ImpactQuadrant is automated business brokerage for blue-collar businesses. Private-equity and individual buyers come in through Whop, and every owner is human-verified through Terac.

How it works

• Two-sided marketplace: agents work on both the buyer side and the seller side, and matching runs over a DuckDB database.
• Whop products:
  • Valuation Snapshot: $100 one-time
  • Deal Access: $49/month
  • Deal Room: $129/month, with gated forums, affiliates and webhook automation
• Terac MCP: used only for the consented blue-collar owner verification call.
• Jurisdictions: operates only in GREEN jurisdictions.

Whop payments: we have submitted identity verification to Whop; until Whop approves it, live payments are pending.
