We have a prototype already working on the Celo alfajores testnet. It includes wallet for the users (both backers and beneficiaries) + UBI smart contracts (Where any beneficiary can claim $2/day up to a $500 total).
Also, we made a contract factory, based on the 4 main parameters to create a UBI community, so anyone can easily create their own community in a few minutes and start adding beneficiaries.
We are still reworking the design to make sure its works smoothly both on backers phones (usually good ones) and beneficiaries phones (usually not so good).
