Inspiration

We wanted to create a bridge between Bluetooth and Jelling’s Viking heritage, by turning the history into something you can feel/experience, not just read. Our concept focuses on "The Crocheted Royal Lineage", and that the idea that learning about history should be immersive, sensory, and fun for families.

What it does

The Bluetooth Crown turns a museum visit into an interactive, sensory treasure hunt. Families receive a artifact(crown) with an nRF54L15 and vibration motor that reacts to nearby Bluetooth beacons. The closer they get, the stronger it vibrates. Placing the crown on a station triggers a map projection with a orange ring showing the next stop, while Harald Bluetooth’s voice invites them to meet his descendant, thus blending storytelling, haptics, and Bluetooth into one immersive experience.
