Using a learning model visualizer, classify images based on multiple factors. Specifically using flower images, this could be expanded to other options.

Inspiration

A lot of tech today utilizing some kind of learning algorithm, especially Space X or Tesla. I am very interested in the work these companies do and as such I am very interested in learning more about machine learning

What it does

It will pull image data from a locally stored data location and process it. It will then take this processed data and categorize it based on multiple factors. It uses 80% of this data as learning and training and 20% of the data to validate the work that it does.

How we built it

Built it using TensorFlow API and algorithms.

Challenges we ran into

Originally tried to develop my source for the machine learning but realized with the time I have to do it, I would not be able to reach the extent of the machine learning I was aiming for.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that I am able to achieve a 60% accuracy with the algorithm developed for classifying the images

What we learned

I learned more about what machine learning is, the steps to develop a machine learning algorithm, and the goals that machine learning can extend to.

What's next for Image Deep Learning

Next, I hope to be able to develop more visual processing machine learning algorithms as I believe they may pertain to my capstone project.
