Inspiration

We went with the concept that the universe is an illusion with the aspect of reality just being a perception of the mind. We enjoy optical illusions so we decided to incorporate that aspect in order to make illuniverse.

What it does

It is just a fun thing to look at as you go through each page, you look at an optical illusion and try to understand it. The background is taking you through the universe and providing some fun facts about where you are.

How we built it

All of the graphics and art was done in adobe illustrator and the html/css code was written in visual studio code.

Challenges we ran into

It was really difficult trying to create an impressive project with only two people as there's only so much two people can do.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We think that the homepage is really awesome and we are proud to have been able to create something coherent in the time that we had.

What we learned

We learned about different ways to create websites and graphics.

What's next for illuniverse

Maybe try to incorporate a more interactive game aspect to teach about the universe but also showcase awesome optical illusions.
