Midas

Inspiration

The inspiration for this project was definitely the Use Case and my keen interest in NLP models.

What it does

I propose a novel Framework titled "Midas", which uses the user assessment form, symptoms and comments to classify them into top-k diseases using Extreme Multilabel Classification and then provides, education about the diseases, self-management by providing steps and lifestyle changes to minimize the disease impact and not make the symptoms worse and after that user also gets a top-K list of possibilities of treatments that he/she can use and consult with doctor/expert to come to a conclusion.

Challenges I ran into

The 4 major challenges that I had to tackle while designing the framework were, Trustworthiness, Impactfulness, Ambitiousness and applicability. Therefore, for every step of the process, I constantly checked the fulfilment of these 4 challenges.
